Case study
All units sold off-plan, a year before handover
A demolition and rebuild project in an inner courtyard, a short walk from the future park of Scalo Farini, the most important urban regeneration project in Milan for years to come. A residential complex with two distinct souls: three-storey townhouses with private gardens and three-room apartments, some with a mezzanine. Heat pump systems with solar panels, underfloor heating and pre-wiring for home automation.
Selling a product that was new to the neighbourhood when the site could not yet be visited, at quality new-build prices, in an area undergoing major transformation where the park and new amenities were still to be built. Buyers had to choose their home from floor plans, specifications and the design alone.
Sales lead for the project on behalf of the appointed agency, with full autonomy over the entire sales process:
Italian families and young couples, drawn by the chance to customise their home and by a neighbourhood on the rise.
All units sold off-plan, with sales closed a year before handover and more than 8 million euros in sales value.
